Nice, but since Angell is supposed to be a fast character, I think his stance should make him move a lot.

Yes, but he's also supposed to be mysterious and quiet, so you wouldn't expect him to be able kick your ass. It's part of his bit..

Well, so far, you've done everything from the base, and that's not the best thing to do, unless you plan to edit other people to make him.

Well, regular Angell is and will always be Hiei. His FF will be someone else though...

I tried to use your style (double black outline), and I like how it ended up looking….

I hate that I suck at shading, and that I have no idea how to draw t-shirts :S .

I really like that one chick. She just needs to move in her stance, though. Also, I'd suggest asking Snow if you want these characters in TLOK. Since I'm basing my story after Scars, it'd be easier to add these characters if they're already in Scars.

And, if we want the chars in TLOK, why not ask you? You're the one animating all and spriting some of it, that has to give you some creative control.
