THIS IS OKIBI'S BACKSTORY DEUX READ IT

Okibi Gekijou was born into poverty, as his parents weren't exactly the toast of the town. His father was a starving artist smith, and his mother an entertainer(and by this I mean a prostitute, much like how they describe things like that to you in world history. But this will never be mentioned EVER in the series.) Okibi and his parents were very discriminated, and for most of his life he wondered why. It wasn't until he'd played a game of chance that he discovered something about himself; he had a natural control of fire. His game was against an old man, and his challenge was simple; Walk across a pit of fire 30 feet long and 30 feet wide. The old man had done it easy, of course. When it came Okibi's turn, he stumbled and spilled himself tipsily, and it wasn't until after he had realized he had fallen that the flames he landed in didn't harm him. And he sat there, softly swaying, and the tried to escape, without fear. As he reached his hand outward, the fire followed with his arm, bringing him back out. The man then told him of the blade of fire, and how only one with true firepoweer may wield it. As Okibi asked to see the blade,the old man cleared the fire to reveal the blade. As he was racing for it, hope tingling throughout his body, the blade turned red, and retreated. The blade was actually seeking out the newborn and rightwise wielder, Ken Hikomaru. Okibi asked the old man, but he was gone. Okibi felt cheated, and thereafter began to train his skills in both fighting and fire. As he was training one day, his father had come ill. It was then that Okibi learned he was a Lunarian, and therefore hated by many in the village, which explains their poverty. As his father slipped out of his valuable life, he gave his son an heirloom, a blade that could channel his fire energy into itself and give him extra power. He took the blade and swore upon it that he would find the original Fire blade, kill the owner of it for stealing it from him(without knowing that they can both wield the blade), and use it to stop the war of hatred between the Lunarians and humans. To get by in life, he also posed as a street performer. This earned him enough money to get boatfare across seas, where he stumbled in Korah's land, and now finds himself hunting for the fire swordsman. Alongst the way, he gets caught up in Deux and Eriko, and interrupts one of their talks. He challenges Deux, and the two end up in a draw. Before Deux can deliver the final blow, Okibi targets Eriko, only to be blasted away by her. Okibi admits that they're good, then throws a fireball at Deux while his back is turned. Deux catches and crushes the fireball, then agrees that he's good, and helps Okibi up. Okibi gives a very brief explanation of his story, and the three decide to join up. Whilst in a group, they perform a show, much to the dismay of Deux, as he hates degrading himself in public.

This is ultimately the conversation before Okibi performs on the street, and they then decide to steal some fruit.

Deux: forget it, I refuse to make a fool outta myself.

Okibi: Come on, we need the money!

Okibi: if we don't get money, we don't get food.

Deux: Absolutely not, I will not attract so much attention to myself.

Okibi: Oh, please, what with you and your giant body, you stick out like a sore thumb!

Eriko: Come, on deux it'd be fun!

Deux: Forget it.

Okibi: Well, we could always steal for food.

Deux: You're joking, I will not become a common thief!

Eriko: I'm have to agree with Deux on this one, Okibi.

Eriko: I've never stolen in my life!

Okibi: Welll there is one other option...

*Okibi looks at Eriko*

*Deux Slaps Okibi on the back of the head.*

Okibi: ARGH! whaddya do that for?!

Deux: for being both a perv,

Deux: and an idiot.

Okibi: Hey!

Okibi: You had no idea what I was going to suggest!

Deux: I read your emotions.

Eriko: Uhh..Deux, what was he going to suggest?

Deux: *embrassed* Proste..tution..is my guess.

Eriko: *blushing*....oh...

Okibi: Hey, it could make us rich!

Okibi: I mean come on, that's what my mother did.

*Deux karate chops him over the head*

Okibi: would you stop doing that!

Deux: I wish she hadn't.

Okibi: Why?

Deux: because now I have to deal with you.

Okibi: Oh, ha ha..

*Eriko's stomach growls*

Eriko: Uh guys...

Eriko: shouldn't we talk about this...

Eriko: over a good meal?

Okibi: Well we could, if mister tall dark, and just would actually DO SOMETHING!

Deux: Fine, you can street perform.

Deux: But I refuse to do so.

Okibi: Fine.

Okibi: I'll go then.

They afterwards try to steal from a local food stand, and get stopped by Ken, who infuriates Okibi and leads to a big fight between the two. Okibi ultimately wins, and spares Ken at the cost of relinquishing his blade. Ken refuses, and just as Okibi strikes downward, Deux stops him again and says that they need him. They restrain Okibi, and continue. Along the way to find the others, Okibi becomes good friends with Ken.

However things go, Okibi's story will ultimately end with his death, trying to protect Ken.

Well, Snow hasn't given any specific features to Lunarians, and he's only half-lunarian, so He doesn't need to stick out that much. Plus, I thought he's look a little different as is, what with his fashion sense.
