| Before the Wii, there was a lot of competition amongst developers. Great games like Turok, Killer 7, Splinter Cell and other games were competing with big Nintendo names like Link, Mario and Samus to be the best game it can possibly be. There was so much competition between all the developers... with Nintendo in the middle.
Now, the Wii is full of crappy games, 3rd party developers and shovelware, and the best games on the console are all Nintendo games, which stand out above them all.
Does anyone else see what's going on?

| What are you talking about? Gamecube was full of crap games too, and all the good ones were the Nintendo ones. | |

| The level of Crap on GC isn't even remotely comparable to the Wii... Srsly... That's not the point. You know what they're doing?
NINTENDO IS INTENTIONALLY MAKING ITSELF LOOK GOOD. It lets the 3rd party shit stay because it makes stuff like Mario Kart Wii and Metroid Prime III look 10x better than they really are, because the only stuff it can really be compared to is nothing but shit. When these games look better, the hardcore players have no choice but to buy it, since it's the best they're going to get. Thus, Nintendo lets 3rd party developers have their way -> Nintendo releases game -> People buy it out of desperation -> More profit for Nintendo.

| That makes no sense really. They could just go to the other consoles for more fun. | |

| Not a conspiracy until they make a free-roam Pokemon Snap for the Wii. One where you hold the Wiimote like a camera. And they charge to much for it.
*Hides 5 pages of development on PKMN Snap 2*
