First off, here is my work so far on my idea for the time swordsman:

All that's left is to feather her.

These I've been doing these for a while, 16x16 pixel sprites, because if I ever get around to learning programming I planned on making a Online/Offline multiplayer Roguelike.

The far right are some of my first, while the others are random examples of my progress with the sprites.

I thought I'd pay homage to the style that started my spriting, by posting these and take requests, if any. I would also like to see any attempts by my fellow spriters, although the style itself is a bit awkward at times, and is a step down on the latter.

I just realized that if you converted that Molly to JUS, or if it's already JUS and I just can't notice, you could suggest it to Korah and Snow, and she could introduce a new race of doll people.

Work on the time swordsman (Kiya) has been slow, but I have this.

The left arm is bending in a weird direction...

She looks like she should be a princess or somethin', not really a swordsman.

Or is this supposed to be for the project you have going in MG?

I don't like it very much. The time swords(wo)man should be someone serious because who ever wields the time blade has years of experience with the blade. She just doesn't match that type of personality.

I was thinking just the opposite.

Since she would be an Angelis, I wanted it to go something like...

Kiya was not like normal Angelis, when she was to be given an element, she was only given the phrase, "It will come to you in time". So she waited biding her time with swordplay. Until one day her group was attacked by an army of vast numbers. She was split from the group and confronted by a band of men. She was able to kill all but one which was amazingly powerful. He ran her down in a large clearing with a single old and large tree residing within. He disarmed her and was raising his axe to strike her down but embedded in the tree in a almost unnoticeable nook was a twin bladed sword. She quickly pried it out and raised it to defend herself. But when the blade of the axe met the sword there was a flash. When Kiya opened her eyes the great tree was long dead and the clearing was over grown with towering trees. She quickly looked around for the man with the axe but her was no where to be seen...

Like the blade had launched her into the future to protect her, so she didn't have the time to learn to use it properly. And it could explain her being an Angelis.

That's a decent idea. But what is her animal species?

And in all honesty, I really don't like how she looks.
