The Angelis are targetting Kharyhbor because it is the center of everything of our people.
Taking out the other 3 cities and smaller provinces would be wasteful, because they are so close, and that our underground passages, allow to connect, so aatcking them would be wasteful.

But by taking on Kharyhbor directly would be more effiecent, if it falls, sop does the other cities.

So my plan is that on the 3rd day, we evacuate all women, children, and immigrants to the Deep Grounds, In the safety vaults.
So even if we do lose, The valuts will keep our people safe,
No amount of warfare can take down the vaults.

Snow began to walk out of the room.
He knew now that there was going to be no stopping it, and that this war would not end without suffering.

But first and foremost in his mind, was the fact that no matter the outcome the fact he was fighting his own people remained the same.

Snow continued on, seemingly ignoring the man talking to him who was waiting outside the door. Once outside the door he gave a quick glance to the man as if motioning him to come as well.

He then stopped and looked to Visrak, waiting for him.
