Ultima is copyright of Final Fantasy, so using that name may not work in the favor of TLOK's originality.
I came up with other names:

Ultimaxion

Also about Ultima, instead of Nergal recieving Ultima as a blade,
Nergal himself is part of Ultima, the blade is just a facade.

When the warriors of Old defeat defeat the great Beast Ultima, the one containing all elements withing its bosom.
it was split into 2 parts:
Ultima Metras ( the Mind)
and
Ultima Metros (the Body)

Ultima was never a real physical being, so it had no soul.

Ultima Metras took ahold when an Angelis named Snow Taradien was born,
There it lay dormant, until seeing the death of his love Rachel, the beast's Mind took hold of his conscience,
and took advantage of his full power.

and destroyed the old empire.
The Body did not take hold until a boy named Nergal was born,
as a descendent of Queen Silvia, he pocessed Silver hair.

But unlike, Ultima Metras,
Ultima Metros didn't lay dormant in Nergal,
No it gave the boy inhuman strength, it made a warrior of power beyond control.
Already at 7 years old, he surpassed even the greatest master of combat.

His powers eventually granted him the title of Grand General Nergal, from the King of Konas himself.
Until he felt he was more powerful, and should be king.
In which he did.

Well,
Once Nergal kills Snow, Ultima Metras
could did not find a new host,
It instead, fell to the ground and crystilized itself, to preserve its power.
It was unable to combine with Nergal because Korah defeated too quickly.

Nergal eventually learned of the legend from an old Angelis scholar.
and traced backed to a spot were the Crystal had landed.
He killed a feeble Merchant, and regained what was his.

When Korah confronts Nergal, Nergal gains his power just touching the Crystal,
When he crushes it, the power of Ultima Metras flows though his body.

He gains 10x his original power, yet the power of the beast is still contained.
Nergal gets a new blade, with power armor, but still contains his personality.
and claims himself as "God of all of Terra!"

Its not until Korah devilers the final blow, does diaster begin to begin.
after Korah launch's a beam of all the elements combined, and renders Nergal powerless,
Does something Terrible happen.
Nergal reverts back to normal, and very powerless.
Then a dark aura seeps out of his body and Snow appears.

But it is not really Snow, only a manisfestion of memories from Ultima Metras
It stabs Nergal, and absorbs, Ultima Metros power.

The Snow replica, becomes super powerful..

I don't hate KH, I just hate everything after the first one.

Titles can be useful if I ever make that theme song, which won't be for awhile. Other than that, they might be useless. I don't like Leon's tilte, but I like everyone elses.

Ultimaxion sounds good to me.

I had a different take on Ultimaxion. I was thinking that it would be held inside the blade, but it did not take control of Nergal, only made him more powerful. I was thinking that the Ultimaxion would split appart into different elements and that there would be 8 Nergals all attacking the swordsmen. But, I can't really explain everything about how I wanted it atm.

NO NO NO NO

I don't want Snow to come back as a spirit. It's too cliche. I want him to come back in a different way, a way that won't be explained. And I don't want Nergal to die like that. Nergal will be the final boss, because I hate it when the main villian of the movie dies and another random, not as cool villian appears.

I'll poast the original details of the final battle later.
Nergal is defeated, and mortally wounded, ultima merely joins with his body and heals him... plus increasing strength and stuff.

So yeah.

I was just about to suggest that.

Boredom induced typing of the near final chapter battle between Snow and Korah right before he begins his battle with Nergal.

Spoiler:

Title: IV “Korah, it’s been a long Journey… but your quest is finally coming to its end. Now, it is time Korah, for teacher to test pupil.” Snow looked intensely at Korah as the icebound dome surrounded them, causing the light from outside to bend and refract filling the area with a dim mist like aura. “I will not hold back… So come at me with all you have.” “I’ve been waiting… a long time Snow. I’m not going to lose!” Korah readied his sword, and Snow raised his hand to the sky. “I call upon the last fragment of the world tree. Please bestow upon me the might I need… Mutsunokami!” A transparent sword appeared and floated down into Snow’s hand. Upon contact, it began to shine, the blade shifting constantly from black, to white, and back again. “This sacred blade is crafted from the last branch of the world tree and the sharpest fang of the wolf god… It is said that its wielder is destined to perish at the hands of his greatest ally.” Massive black wings shot out from Snow’s back, and he began to glow with an unearthly and quite eerie dark blue aura. “Korah, I’ve seen many years ahead, and many possibilities… The world will always grow dark without you. Hope that you are strong enough… Be victorious in this fight.” Snow, now looking quite menacing immediately lowered his sword and rushed at Korah, coming in like a bullet. Seconds before reaching Korah he leapt into the air and landed behind him, but before he could land a strike, Korah turned and kicked at Snow, however this was blocked with relative ease. Korah then turned around and slashed at Snow, once again being blocked, when the swords met. At this point Snow was nearly maniacal, and his true assault began. The lighting fast strikes cut deep into Korah’s skin, but Korah endured, waiting for his opening to strike back. When Korah got his opening, he took it, landing a heavy punch to the head followed by a strike to the stomach, Korah then moved behind Snow, tripped him, and flung him into the air using his sword. Before Snow could even act, Korah leapt into the air and did a flip kick, striking Snow in the Crotch and sending him into a wall. However, as powerful as the low blow was, it didn’t slow Snow down, even a little bit. He came back at full force, coming down hard on Korah with a heavy smash to the head. Korah twitched as he tried to steady himself, but Snow didn’t wait, his attacks only increased in speed and ferocity. His next slice, decisive, clean, and to many a killing stroke, came down across the side of Korah’s neck, just missing the main vein. Korah fell to the ground and lay lifeless and unmoving. Snow moved in to finish it and take Korah’s life, but now found himself feeling a tad sluggish. Still, he moved on anyway and lifted his sword high into the air. The then swung his arm sending the sword hurtling down, in an attempt to stab Korah through the heart, luckily however he had just managed to wake up and roll out of the way, allowing the sword to plunge deep into the ground. As soon as Snow let go of the blade the pain caught up to him, he winced and fell to his knees holding tightly to his groin, Korah in turn slowly rose to his feet. He then slowly walked past Snow, watching as the wounds on Snow’s body became more apparent. Scars appeared all over his body, a few fresh wounds began to bleed and then blood began to trickle down Snow’s legs. Apparently, Korah had been hurting Snow all this time. Snow then returned to his feet and turned in anger to Korah who was now on the other side of the dome staring him down. His body went a bit limp, then snapped back, and he began charging energy into his right hand. Korah shifted his sword to his other hand and began readying himself for the final strike. Snow’s anger and rage grew and as it did, it fuelled his strength. The ice energy he poured into his hand was immense. Korah had also begun to reach high energy levels as well, instead fuelling his energy with the power lent to him by his friends. The two now face each other on opposite sides of the dome, then the two uttered those final soft words. “Mortal Attack…” Then they rushed at each other yelling as loud as they could… “Blizzard Fist!” The two attacks collided, but only one could win out. In a flash of light, the winner was decided. The two stood incredibly still… then Snow coughed once and blood fell from his lips. Korah had been victorious, he had taken his chance and plunged his sword deep into Snow, deep into his stomach and out through the back. Korah now stood wounded, watching as the colour faded from Snow’s face. “I find it… almost peaceful… that I will trade the breath of my life for freedom…” “I’ve never experienced pain like this, it’s like needles are piercing through my skin… I wonder, do you know the feeling, of what it’s like?” “I’m trapped… forever in captivity… I know nothing of freedom… not even at the moment I was born… Death seems to follow me, ironic as it shall be my sweet release.” Snow coughed again, then fell to his knees again. “Snow…” “Please release my soul, from this eternal suffering… Since the moment I was born, I had my fate decided for me already… just another cog in the gears of time… Korah, I want you to end this now… Draw the blade from within me and move on to the true foe that lies ahead.” Korah drew the Sword from Snow’s stomach and then Snow immediately fell to the ground onto his back, and was now bleeding profusely. Korah couldn’t bring himself to look at Snow… and turned away. “I can see her Korah… Rachel… How I have waited for this moment…” His eyes closed for the final time and light began to shine from the gaping stomach wound. The light moved out and the dome shattered and turned into softly falling Snow. When Korah turned to look back, Snow’s body had disappeared and the others had entered the room.

Here's an idea:

When Korah beats Nergal the first time around,
he gives Nergal something to remember.

a deep scar, right across his left cheek going all the way to his right cheek,
a horzontal slash acorss his face.

So that everytime he looks at a mirror, he is reminded of his defeat against a mere boy from Rich Port.

So he sends out a warrant for Korah's arrest, for lets say ( I dunno the currency but)

$100,000.
Dead or Alive.

Nergal is enraged by his defeat.

Korah then tries to find a way to escape Konas, and press on without snow.
